He has held senior leadership roles including CTO, VP, SBU Head, and ODC Head, demonstrating exceptional ability in managing multi-million dollar technology budgets, scaling operations, and driving business growth. Notably, he expanded a key U.S. account from $1M to $8M within just nine months, showcasing his strong techno-commercial acumen and execution excellence.
His expertise spans business consulting, M&A due diligence, IT strategy, large-scale outsourcing, and 24x7 support ecosystems, along with deep experience in process implementation (ISO/CMM), proposal development, and multi-vendor global delivery models. He has successfully led strategic engagements such as a 5-year IT strategy for BCCL (Times of India Group), culminating in executive-level presentations to board leadership.
A proven relationship builder, he has managed and expanded high-value client engagements with organizations like Siemens Healthcare, McKinsey, and Dell, consistently driving growth and long-term partnerships. His leadership also enabled key business wins, including corporate banking opportunities with Citibank Australia and strategic collaborations such as technology validation partnerships with Intel.
In addition, he has led product innovation and market outreach efforts, delivering retail automation solutions and presenting to major PSU and MNC clients across India.
